- Providing technical support to both clients and in the office
- Customer service representative talking with customers about the plans being offered by company and which plans are best for clients.
- Helping to build customers’ websites to the clients’ specification.
- Technical support for the office by updating computer software and ensuring all the systems are running as intended and also creating excel spreadsheets for the company’s agenda for the week
